My wife & I are on our third vehicle now, from Lake View Ford in Conneaut lake. Another awesome experience. We live 2+ hours away but are in the area on a regular basis as we have a 2nd property in somewhat close proximity. Always a great experience. Our salesman Jason Easler is quite patient, explains everything and takes his time in going over the options in vehicles. ZERO pressure whatsoever. Johnny Mac is awesome in the finance office, and George works with you as well and is patient, and understanding. Everyone has issues from time to time and if a customer has an issue with service or not being approved, not getting the deal they hoped for, maybe in place of being too quick to post a bad review, how about going to the root of the problem or management? The squeky wheel gets the grease. Don't forget - if you are not educated as to what you are considering or trading, then that is a large mistake on your part! Give them a try, the folks here truly make you feel like family (at least me and the Mrs feel this way!)
